Mass Effect 3 Walkthrough Part 44: Citadel: Reaper Code Fragments, Medical Supplies, & Medi-Gel Sabotae

You will have found the Reaper Code Fragments side quest from an asari asking for codes over a VI in the Citadel Embassies. She will need them to predict where the Reapers will attack next, as an enemy you cannot predict is an enemy you cannot fight, or so she says anyway. Desperate to protect her homeworld, she will need to codes to help the asari fight back. During the Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons side quest, which you will receive shortly after the Priotity: Perseus Veil quest, you can find the code fragments needed by searching on the geth server. You will find a sting of code that is separate, different from the rest. Collect it and return it to the asari, or simply purchase it from the Spectre terminal if you miss it during the mission proper.

You will get the Medical Supplies quest from whichever doctor you decided to bring aboard upon your first visit to Huerta Memorial Hospital. Speak with her in the Med Bay on the Normandy to learn that you have too many medical supplies for your needs, and that you may be able to trade some of them for more goods, especially now that the Citadel has been hit so hard. She will ask you to speak with a turian named Tactus on the docks of the Citadel. Head there and find him. He will try to haggle with you, and you can use Paragon or Renegade tactics to work him over to your side. He will not budge unless you Persuade him with one of the special options, though. If you brought along Doctor Chakwas, you will get improved Medi-Gels, while if you brought along Doctor Michel, she will give you increased Medi-Gel capacity.

You can find this last quest, Medi-Gel Sabotage, in the Docks, where the refugees are camped out. Apparently, the Medi-Gel dispensers around the docks have been hacked and aren’t working properly. Head around the docks and search out every dispenser, located around the camps, and interact with them all to fix them all individually. If Conrad, Shepard’s biggest fan from the first Mass Effect, is okay, and if you completed the Rita’s Sister quest in that game, Conrad will show up and discover the perpetrator for you.
