Now that you have fought through the City Hall’s lower levels and upper corridors, you can complete your main objective of burning the condemning evidence in the secret room. Head to the end of the hallway after you have finished off the Spec Ops soldiers and zombies battling in the upper corridors. Open up the door there to reach the evidence room. You will have to burn five different papers. Doing so is a simple matter of approaching the paper and hitting the action button. The only difficult parts of this objective are the labyrinthine layout of the evidence room, and the trip mines scattered about through the makeshift maze.
When you approach one of the trip mines, you will see a laser crossing your path. Interrupt the laser’s path and you will suffer an explosive surprise. Back up and shoot the mines with your Pistol to clear a path ahead. Also note that there are three pieces of Intel scattered about the room in addition to the five evidence pieces. The first piece of evidence will be directly ahead of you. Next to it on both sides you will be able to find some ammo refill spots. Burn the evidence and grab some ammo, then head around to the left and towards the back of the room. Burn the evidence on the table against the left-hand wall. Before running off, pick up the Intel sitting on the table next to where the evidence was.
The next piece of evidence is directly in the center of the maze of cabinets. Carefully proceed to the center of the area, shooting mines as you go. Burn the evidence in the center of the area, then work your way out of the maze and to the left side of the room. You will find another piece of evidence against the left-hand wall. Head all the way to the back of the room now. The fourth piece of evidence will be sitting on a table directly in the center of the back wall. Burn the evidence on the table, and then keep heading to the right. You will find the final piece of Intel on a table against the back wall of the room. Grab it, and then turn around. Shoot the trip mines on the cabinets and proceed forward to find the last piece of evidence nestled on a shelf pressed against the right side of the wall.
