Silent Hill Downpour Walkthrough Part 51: Otherworld Mirror Blades

Still in the gray environment, notice the Juggernauts in the reflection, in the red environment. Checkout the machine with buttons near the spotlights. Press the button to turn the lights on, and Murphy will remark:

"That's right, you ugly bastards! Back off!"

The Juggernauts back off towards the squares beneath the cages. Run forward and press the button near the cages to drop one of the cages and trap the Juggernaut. Repeat the process for the other Juggernaut. When both Juggernauts are trapped, a new machine appears in the red environment. Go to the end of the room and turn the wheel to rotate the chamber. Press the new button and a new door opens in the grey reflection. Rotate the chamber again, and go through the door and into a room with mirror blades. Note the spinning blades. This is a PUZZLE

The red circles on the floor show the radius of the blades. Step on the first pressure switch. The spinning blade closest to you stops. Immediately run through it towards the other pressure plate in the corner.



Step on the next pressure plate, then run diagonally towards the opposite corner of the room, carefully passing EXACTLY through the center, between the two blades but out of their reach.



Get to the pressure plate in that corner and step on it, then run towards the blade that just stopped and turn left to exit the room.



Past the room with the blades, you enter a room with lamp posts and trees. Turn the wheel in the center to rotate it into the red environment, then exit the room. Go to the end of the corridor and jump down the hole, then climb some stairs and follow the path to the prison yard. Note the perimeter spotlight ahead. Control the spotlight and use to to lead the three brawlers downstairs into the gated area.



Once they are inside, aim the spotlight towards the open gate and leave it there. The brawlers are afraid of light and they won't escape while the spotlight is pointing to the open gate. Then go across to the security booth and flip the switch to lock the brawlers in. There is a fire extinguisher in the security booth you can use as a weapon. Go out the other door, pick the crowbar on the floor, and reach the padlocked gate. Break the lock, then climb up to the second perimeter spotlight.

Use the light to force the other monsters into the enclosure. This spotlight works for only a few seconds at a time, so it is a bit harder to use. But make the most out of each short burst of light and push the brawlers again into a small gated area, then pull the lever in the other security room to trap them in.
