Achievement Rewards: Banner Accent (Barbarian Blades)
Complete Act IV with a Barbarian on Normal difficulty

A Dream of Victory (10 Points)
Complete Act IV with a Barbarian on Nightmare difficulty

From the Mouth of Hell (10 Points)
Complete Act IV with a Barbarian on Hell difficulty

Bul-Kathos Reborn (10 Points)
Achievement Reward: Banner Sigil (El'Druin)
Complete Act IV with a Barbarian on Inferno difficulty

Warriors of the North (10 Points)
Reach level 60 with 2 Barbarians

You should really like Barbarians to attempt and get this achievement, which requires you to level two Barbarians to lvl 60

Bask in my Glory (10 Pts)
Use a skill that grants a beneficial effect to your follower

Skills you could use for this are War Cry (Level 28) or Forced March (level 53 Sprint with Rune)

Mighty Vengeance (10 Points)
Equip a mighty belt and a mighty weapon at the same time

These are purple items (magic items) with the subtypes "magic mighty belt" and "magic mighty weapon"

Controlled Fury (10 Pts)
Fight with maximum fury for 5 minutes

The level 55 passive skill "Unforgiving" can help you achieve this

An Impenetrable Defense (10 Pts)
Achievement Reward: Banner Sigil (Swords & Shields)
Block 5 attacks in a row

Make sure to have a shield equipped while trying to get this achievement. If you are having problems, just find low level mobs and taunt them (dismiss your follower so that he does not kill them before you get the achievement)

Blowin' in the Wind (10 Pts)
Achievement Rewards: Banner Accent (Crossed Swords)
Break 2,000 objects with Whirlwind

Whirlwind is a level 20 skill

Death from Afar (10 Points)
Kill one of the following enemies with a thrown weapon:
Diablo
Belial
Azmodan
The Butcher
Maghda
Skeleton King
Siegebreaker Assault Beast
Rakanoth
Cydaea

Use the level 14 Weapon Throw skill for this. Skeleton King is probably the easiest.

Bloodbath (10 Pts)
Keep a monster under the Bleed effect continuously for 20 seconds

Use a low DPS weapon and spam Cleave and Rend on a mob with high health
