Once you have saved, head over to the left with Batman in his Power Suit. You will notice 3 silver boxes. Blast them with the Power Suit's bombs to reveal some assembly pieces. Put them together to create a lever on the console panel to your left. Once it is all together, use it to summon up another Suit Changer that needs to be built. It will also draw the attention of 5 robots that will need to be broken.
With the robots out of the way you can put together the suit changer. This one lets Batman don the Bat Suit. Head over to the right and up to the clear blue piping by where the train is coming by. Repeatedly blast it with sonic burst to rupture the pipes. This will get water to come cascading down and call over 4 henchmen that you need to deal with. After that, switch to Superman and freeze the cascading water. Have Batman climb up onto the Ice and glide over to the raised platform to the right of the train tracks. Use the Sonar Gun on the clear blue bricks to be able to lower the ladder so Superman can climb up. After that, be sure to throw the switch against the back wall. This will stop the trains and expose some Gold Bricks that Superman can destroy with his Heat Vision. Once that is destroyed, turn your attention to the assembly brinks that came out of it. Put those together and it reveals a pull bar on the train car. Have Superman pull on it to yank the train car forward. Just when you Finish the Joker Robot will reach through the ceiling and pull it out. Just after that it will crash through by the Save Station and a number of Robots will appear and attack you.
Once the Robots have been dealt with start down the train tunnel you just spent all that time clearing. Head to the split in it. There are 4 henchmen that will attack from the left, which is exactly the way you want to go too. Beat them up and head over to the flaming debris. Blow it out and smash up the rock blocks underneath. Change to Batman and climb up the ladder. Beat up the 2 Henchmen up there and then glide over to the next platform to the right. Head to the right-hand edge of this platform and jump to the final one on the right.
Once on it, you need to defeat the 2 Henchmen and use the Sonar Gun on the Glass Bricks to lower the ladder for Superman. He might not be able to fly but everything else seems to be working just fine. Have him stand in the target and use X-Ray vision on the right-hand wall. Throw the 3 switches inside it, from left to right, to cut the power surge in the area. Drop down to the tracks now on the left. Approach the wreckage at the fence and have Superman pull on the handle there. This will open the gate and let the heroes pass through. Once they get through the gate the Joker Robot will finally succeed to grabbing them. Mash the button prompted to escape and get into the next area. Head over to the right to trigger the next scene with the Joker Robot.
Joker Robot
This fight is simpler than the last one at least. Move Superman onto the Train tracks but have him in the back part. You will notice the Robot has golden bricks on its hand: the kind Heat Vision can destroy. Batman will fight minions and Superman needs to destroy the Golden Bricks on the Robots hands. The minions will keep coming until then.
Whatever minions are left from that fight will stick around after the Robot has taken off. They are joined by 3 more that come at Batman and Superman. Defeat them then head into the train that they came from. Onto the next part of the stage.
