Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron Walkthrough Part 18: Death From Above Part 1

This will be the first mission that you will tackle from the Decepticon's standpoint. Now led by Starscream, the Decepticons are looking to stop the Autobots from hauling off all that precious Energon and take it all for themselves. You will be playing as the Combaticons in this mission, meaning that you will get to fly around in helicopter and jet form before transforming into the giant Bruticus. Exciting stuff, but we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves.

Starscream's plan involves you taking out a bridge in order to force the Autobot convoy to take a path that will lead directly into an ambush. Transform to your jet form and hold LT to boost into jet form. Follow your ally through the pipes and past the lasers in the next room. Take this opportunity to get used to the flying controls. When you reach the large red door, hit it with your rockets by hitting Y and then RT. Fly through the opening and down the large corridor, being sure to avoid the lasers as they pop in from multiple angles. Head down under the ground as you proceed, and follow Blast Off around the corner. You will land in a cutscene and encounter a group of Autobots. Hit LB to emit a shockwave to kill the four Autobots. A lone Autobot will flee you as you regain control. Shoot him down as he runs away, and then head to the Teletraan 1 store on the left. Get whatever you need and then transform to your helicopter form.

Strafe around to the right of the building ahead and use your rockets to eliminate all of the Autobots in the base, and then hover up to the next level and eliminate the enemies on that level as well. A large cannon will be residing on the central platform. This should be your first priority, as it is easily capable of shooting you out of the sky. Hit it first, and then eliminate the smaller troopers. With all of the enemies gone, head down to the main base where your objective marker lies and proceed into the control room. Pull the lever to open the door up below you, and then fly out of the control room and through the door. You will have to deal with a few more enemies hovering over the door as you go, so stop to blast them away before proceeding into the next area.

Set a charge on the blast door on the inside of the next room, and then blast the two Autobots that rush out with your rockets for two quick kills. Transform and head into the hall ahead. Smash open the crates on the right side of the hall and then access the store at the end of the hall to get your fill of upgrades and weapons. Blast the large door at the opposite end of the hall and then transform to your jet form. Blast through the blast door ahead and you will reach the bridge that you are supposed to destroy.
