Torchlight 2 Walkthrough Part 20: The Sundered Battlefield

The Power Source now must be charged, which leads you into your next quest. You'll have to head off to the Emberworks to juice it up. Your journey will take you through Ravenskull Gorge, which features many heavily armored enemies with high health points. Try using some Armor Break abilities on these guys before savaging them with melee or magic attacks. Otherwise, try using the enemy's lack of speed against them by flanking around them and hitting them from behind or from afar.

One enemy type in particular that you should watch out for in this area is the Gargoyle. They use leap attacks that project an area of effect wave, one that can be highly damaging if it connects. When you see a Gargoyle leaping into the air, run away as fast as you can lest you get caught up in their shockwave when they land.

When you reach the Sundered Battlefield, you will find a massive blank map awaiting you. This area has tons of hidden treasures, named enemies, and more waiting for you. Take your time and explore every nook and cranny in this area, and keep an eye out for secret areas not featured on your map. As you explore, be careful, because the enemies here are devious. Hunters will spew from practically every nook and cranny in an attempt to ambush you. They're not very tough on their own, but they can feasibly catch you by surprise and get a few hits in before you catch your breath.

When you finally reach The Emberworks, a droid will give you another quest. This quest, called Enter the Emberworks, must obviously be completed before you can, you know, enter the Emberworks.
