Head on out of the cell block to the North onto the run down road. Turn to the West and go to the area exit. This will bring you back out to the Beatdown. Once back outside it is an easy enough matter to either return to Pete's bar to work on the Bar Room Brawl or to grab the new Side quest that is available. All that aside you just need to get back to the Badass Crater of Badassitude. Moxxi wants a new arena and you want to get at the new vault.

Head over to the Badass Crater bar. It is hard to miss and not too far away from the arena itself. Just head for the massive sign for “Moxxi's Red Light”. Once there just go inside to get things moving. Just head on over to Moxxi and she will explain just what is going to happen next. She is sending you after #3, Motor Momma. Moxxi explains that you need to train some to take on Motor Momma and live. To this end she hired one of the best trainers in the business. Finish talking with Moxxi and it is time to go meet your new trainer. Turn around and head outside.

Time to get over to your new trainer. Grab a vehicle and head for the Northern part of the Badass Crater. Look for the under part of the freeway with lots of mines and other explosives. Head over the trailer and you will meet your new trainer: Tiny Tina. If there is someone who can get you into fighting shape, it is Tina (or she will blow you up into unrecognizable pulp). Grab yourself a corrosive weapon and get ready for some training. The good news is cookies are involved.
