Overview:
Team Quests are the sequential side quests available from the various NPC's found in your survivor's camp. These NPC's will travel with your Survivor from Camp to Camp throughout the mission. Each is worth a good amount of XP and usually come with some reward that will help you in roaming the Island. Even more importantly, these quests make it easier for the Survivor to fend off the Zombie horde when the Camp comes under attack. These quests can be accessed either by talking with the Survivor directly or through the Team Tab in the Character menu. As they are all collection based quests you can just turn in the materials whenever you gather enough.

Upping The Odds for John I
“Bring 3 cans of gas for lighters to John, so he can support our team more efficiently and boost overall group strength. In exchange you will get a handful of custom-made bombs.”

Reward: 5 Sonic Pulse Grenades

The Gas for lighters is the common item quest for Hjohn. You can easily find some on the roadside table by the shack and barricaded road on the way to the Abandoned Movie set, just East of Kiwi Camp Site. Just pause here a few times when driving by and you will have little trouble with supply. You can also find more in the Tunnels. You can also buy them from Alex in his Plans and Parts store.

The sticks of deodorant are the uncommon item quest for John. These can found in around Palani at Pierre's Workbench, the bench with the beach view across from Kiwi camping, Zimakami Rest Workbench. In Henderson you can find them at Rodrigo's Workshop and they Balcony Workbench.

Reward: 9 Sonic Pulse Grenades

The AC Power Boxes are the rare item quest for John. They can be found in the follow locations in Palanai: Oliver Wenge's Hideout, Abandoned Bungalow Dead Zone. Henderson: Metzger Sloat's Hideout, Infected Warehouse Dead Zone, Infected House, Infected Depot Dead Zone and Infected Storage Deadzone.
