Heart of the Swarm Campaign- Kaldir: Shoot the Messenger (Part 2)
Moments after this alert, Eisha tags you with another- another Protoss shuttle has launched, and this time several Scouts are coming along with it to protect the vulnerable ship. Around the time this shuttle nears the conduit, a small Protoss force will come to attack your base from the East, so be ready to move Kerrigan into place to stop the assault. Fortunately, this puts her and your troops in a good position- not only is one of the stasis chambers nearby, but a good location for a secondary base, complete with vespene geysers and additional mineral patches, lurks to the East along the Southern edge of the map.
Before long, the Protoss begin preparations to launch a shuttle towards the second conduit in the East- and the next shuttle after that is launched from a different point of origin, coming from the center-North of the map rather than the extreme North. The different flight path means you're going to need to move Kerrigan and an anti-air capable force into a different position to deal with this ship. Make sure to take advantage of the needed movements to snag opportunities nearby- by the time this latest shuttle launches it's pretty easy to have opened both of the Eastern stasis pods and begun setting up anti-air defenses near the third conduit.
From here things get a bit more frantic- mostly for the Protoss. They start accompanying their shuttles with Carriers, which can do little about your ability to focus fire and ignore the fighters that they launch. What's more, by now you almost certainly have the necessary forces to wipe out the two Protoss shuttle bays that are further to the South, drastically cutting the number of escapees you need to worry about. There will be two to three more waves of increasing shuttles- unless you have destroyed the bays that launch them- and if at least one bay still exists when the last wave of shuttles launch, the Protoss will launch a Mothership alongside the shuttles coming from the Northmost base, in the hopes that the cloaking effect will allow the shuttles to escape.
In all, the misson takes a maximum of roughly twenty-six minutes, less if you hunt the shuttles down and destroy them before the near the conduits and even less than that if you manage to wipe out all three docking bays before the final wave can launch. Once the last desperation wave has been destroyed (or averted), the mission ends with victory for you.
