The Last Of Us Walkthrough Part 32 – Chapter 5: Pittsburgh (Hotel Grand: Floor 3 & 4 to Basement)

Once you climb up the furniture stack head over to the bed and looking the bench at the end of it. There are some Parts on it so grab them. Follow that up with going into the bathroom across from it to find a few more Crafting Items. Move around here carefully because there are Hunters patrolling on the other side of the hallway beyond the wall. Pause at the tub with the corpses to talk with Ellie a little about what those people did. Search the drawers on the left for Supplements You can also search the rooms to the right for Craft Items if you need any.

When you are ready, move out into the hallway and go over to the left There are 4 Hunters on this floor for you to deal with. 3 patrol the hallways while the fourth stands guard at the far end. Wait where you are until 1 of the Hunters comes toward you. Pull him around the corner then take him out. Start on down the hallway he came from after that. Move in on the next Hunter and creep up behind him for another stealth kill. Head back into the hallway and go forward to get around the next corner. From there just look for the next open door on the right and head inside. There is a Hunter just staring at a TV. Take him out to continue to thin the herd of Hunters on this floor.

With those 2 down head through the window by the last hunter you killed and go through the window to the right from there. Search the room that Hunter was in as the dresser drawers can have Craft Items. Now head to the right and into the bathroom of this room. Search the drawers behind the door to find some Supplements. After that make your way into the room to the left. Go to the other side of the bed and search the Mini fridge to find more Crafting Items. You can also head into the bathroom which is one room down to find a few more Crafting Items if needed. Time to get on up to the next floor of this Hotel.

Leave those rooms, “310” or “308” and go to the right. When you get to the end of the all, at the intersection, turn left into the elevator lobby. Across from the elevators you will find some stairs leading up. At the top of the stairs Ellie find a partly opened elevator with a ladder inside the shaft. Go over to it and Joel will force his way in so they can climb up. There is a chance the remaining Hunters will hear Joel forcing his way into the elevator. Anytime Ellie calls out about something it likely means more Hunters are coming after you. Kill them off then get through to the elevator.

Once Joel and Ellie are on top of the elevator by using the ladder they will need to cross over the second elevator. They can sidle through to the other side on the right. Go across the wobbly elevator and help Ellie up to the ledge above. Unfortunately the elevator will give way beneath Joel after she gets up and he goes plummeting downwards. The good news is just below the elevators was flood water. The bad news is he and Ellie are separated for now. This means he needs to get back to her.
