Skyrim Secondaries Intersection- Saarthal: Too Wight to Be Wrong

You will immediately find yourself in a room with several burial creches and urns, as well as a single mass of Hanging Moss depending from the ceiling, barely within reach.  After harvesting the room, head down the hallway at the far end.  This short corridor turns a corner and then empties out into a very large room with two levels, depositing you on the lower.

You will shortly run across some more standing coffins, one of which will disgorge a Restless Draugr eager to carve you up.  On dispatching it (carefully), loot the body and make your cautious way around the inward side of the next corner- a large Fire rune is emblazoned in the floor here and will explode if you step on it.

Very close around the corner are more coffins, from which a pair of Draugr Wight will step to bar your path.  Sneaky spellcasters or archers can lure them to the corner and into the fire trap, or anyone can take them out either around the corner with ranged attacks or by charging in and walloping them a few times.

Either way, round the next corner to come upon the wooden stairs leading up to the second layer of the room.  The rubble-strewn floor beside the stairs yields some alchemically useful mushrooms, so grab those before heading up.  Peek left from the top of the stairs to spot a Draugr Scourge Lord waiting to Fus Ro Dah you into the walls.  It will pursue you into melee if it can, so backing down the stairs and staggering it frequently is a good method to use- stagger will interrupt its Thu'um and keep it from forcing you to stumble.  Destroy the thing through whatever method and you've cleared out this room- but rather than heading right for the coffin, chest, and door the Scourge Lord was in front of, take a right at the top of the stairs and follow the wall to find a locked chest.

Hit the other side of the upper floor for a burial urn, then check the area around the second floor exit- you'll find another burial urn, and a table with a soul gem, a coin purse, and a third urn.  A random weapon lies in the broken coffin here, and you can pick up some easy loot from the unlocked chest beside the door.
