Get rid of the blur and uncensor your Sims so that you can see them naked in Sims 3 for Windows PC. Download the patch here. There will be a file called Shaders_Win32.precomp. Copy that file to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
If you can’t open the RAR file, you can download and install WinRAR.
