Call of Duty Black Ops 3 sees Treyarch go back to the future with the latest entry in the wildly successful shooter.
For the first time Black Ops history, players around the world got their chance to try the game early through a multiplayer beta in August, which offered a substantial portion of the multiplayer, including three maps and seven game modes.
As always, Black Ops 3 will also be delivering a new Zombies mode. This year's entry will be offering a Bioshock-esque 1940s setting of Morg City. Under the title of Shadows of Evil, four players will take on the zombie horde, with a full progression system.
Then there's the campaign, which has been designed for a four-player co-op experience. Treyarch has designed combat areas to be more open and give players multiple ways to approach the conflict, as opposed to corridor shooter experiences of previous entries.
