All tracks:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "All Tracks" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold A B and press R, release, hold B X and press L, release, press A2, X2, then hold L R and press B.
All cars:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "All Cars" option at the cheat menu. Quickly press A2, X2, L2. Hold R B. Release the buttons, then hold L A.
Car collisions:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Car Collisions" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L R B X A, release the buttons, then press B, X, A.
Random battle mode weapons:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Random Weapons" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L A and press B, X. Release the buttons, then hold R A and press B, X.
Toggle demolition battle mode:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Demolition Battle" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L A, then press X, B. Release the buttons, then hold R A, then press X, B. In this mode, all of the weapons that are picked up will be battering rams. You have to physically hit an opponent to destroy him. This code overrides the "Random battle mode weapons" codes.
Invincibility:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Invincible" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L B and press X, A. Release the buttons, then hold R and press A, B, X.
Super tires:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Super Tires" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold R and press B3. Release R, then hold L and press A2, X.
Brakes:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Brakes" option at the cheat menu. Quickly press X3, then hold L R A B.
Car mines:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Car Mines" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L R B and press A, X. Release, then press A, X.

Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Cone Mines" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold X R L, release the buttons, then press B. Then, hold A B, release the buttons, then press B.
All parts:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "All Parts" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold B X A L R, release, then hold X A. Release, then press B2.
Invisibility:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Invisible Car" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L B. Release the buttons, then hold R X. Release the buttons, then press A. Hold L R and press B. Release the buttons, then press X3.
Invisible track:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Invisible Track" option at the cheat menu. Quickly press R, L, X, B, A2, B, X. Then, hold L R and press A.
Track orientation:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Track Orientation" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L R and press B. Release the buttons, then quickly press A, B, X. Hold L R and press B.
Super speed:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Super speed" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold R X and press L. Release the buttons, then hold A B. Release the buttons, then press A3.
Auto abort:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Auto Abort" option at the cheat menu. Quickly press A, L, B, R, X. Then, hold L R and press A, B.
Suicide mode:

Battle paint shop:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Battle Paint Shop" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold X and press R, L, R, L. Release the buttons, then press B3.
Resurrect in place:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Resurrect In Place" option at the cheat menu. Quickly press R2, L2, A, B, X.
Fog color:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Fog color" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold L B. Release the buttons, then hold A B. Release the buttons, then hold X B. Release the buttons, then hold R B.
Heavy car:
Enable cheat mode, then highlight the "Mass" option at the cheat menu. Quickly hold A and press B2, X. Release A, then press L, R.
Frame scale:

Tire scaling:

Finish in first, second, or third place on the Beginner circuit to unlock a bonus track and the Intermediate circuit.

Disco stunt track:
Get 100,000 points in the Rim to unlock the Disco stunt track.
Oasis stunt track:
Get 200,000 points to unlock the Oasis stunt track.
Warehouse stunt track:
Get 400,000 points to unlock the Warehouse stunt track.
Obstacle course:
Get 1,000,000 points to unlock the Obstacle course.
Downtown battle track:
Get 100 kills to unlock the Downtown battle track.
Plaza battle track:
Get 250 kills to unlock the Plaza battle track.
Roadkill battle track:
Get 500 kills to unlock the Roadkill battle track.
Factory battle track:
Get 1000 kills to unlock the Factory battle track.
Venom car:
Collect all the silver coins in Stunt mode to unlock the Venom car.
Crusher car:
Collect sixteen gold coins in Stunt mode to unlock the Crusher car.
GX-2 car:
Collect half of the gold coins in Race mode to unlock the GX-2 car.
Euro LX car:
Collect twenty-four gold coins in Stunt mode to unlock the Euro LX car.
Mini XS car:
Collect thirty-six gold coins in Race mode to unlock the Mini XS car.
Locust LX car:
Collect all silver coins in both Race and Stunt modes to unlock the Locust LX car.
Panther car:
Collect all gold and silver coins in both Race and Stunt modes to unlock the Panther car.
Barracuda police car:
Accumulate 10,000 miles and join Team Rush to get a '78 Barracuda cop car.
Hydro Thunder:
All tracks and boats
Get one of the top five times on any track and enter "?PB" as a name to unlock all tracks and boats.
Offroad Thunder:
Cliffhanger track
Select Rally Contest, then press Right at the track selection screen to display the cheat entry screen. Press Right, Up, Left to unlock the Cliffhanger track.
Chieftain and General vehicles:
Select Rally Contest, then press Right an the vehicle selection screen to display the cheat entry screen. Press Left3 to unlock the Chieftain vehicle. Press Left3 again to unlock the General vehicle.
Dust Devil and Silver Streak vehicles:
Select Rally Contest, then press Right an the vehicle selection screen to display the cheat entry screen. Press Left, Up, Right to unlock the Dust Devil vehicle. Press Left, Up, Right again to unlock the Silver Streak vehicle.
Hyena and Bad Omen vehicles:
Select Rally Contest, then press Right an the vehicle selection screen to display the cheat entry screen. Press Right3 to unlock the Hyena vehicle. Press Right3 again to unlock the Bad Omen vehicle.
