The Arcane Mage, the biggest DPS specialization in the history of World of Warcraft, why?
Long known as the "three hit", or even two hit for those most equipped, the Arcane mage is not however as simple as that. That is why I will try to clarify some of the unknown facts in this guide. Contrary to what people usually think, the Arcane Mage is not as easy to pick up as it seems, for one single reason: its mana is the main cause of inadequate DPS, so it is important to understand how to use its mana to fully exploit the Arcane specialization.
Update 5.2: Mages lose Scorch, and collect considerable nerf, which makes them much more balanced compared to other classes

The Arcane Mage is first in the list with a significant lead on the Windwalker Monk, needless to prove the effectiveness of the Arcane Mage. In this guide we will try to see how to reach the top of the list with this class / specialization which was probably created to be one of the best DPS, or at least the best distance DPS of the game.
