The Witcher 3 - Vendors that sell maps to Witcher Gears (Bear, Cat and Griffin)

Players can find super powerful Witcher Gear in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, these Gears are much better than the usual equipment available in the game. To obtain these Gears players have to look for their blueprints and craft them. You can either cheat and look up their exact locations on the map, or buy maps that point out their locations from vendors.

After obtaining their schematics, you’ll have to gather gear to create the equipment. Don’t worry as usually you’ll already have the equipment needed or can easily buy it off the Blacksmiths albeit for a high price.

Locations of Vendors selling maps to the Bear, Cat and Griffin Witcher Sets are below:

Bear Witcher Gear Set

Base  - Armourer in Oxenfurt

Enhanced, Superior and Mastercrafed – Blacksmith near Bridge to Kaer Trolde

Cat Witcher Gear Set

Base and Enhanced – Vendor and blacksmith in Backbough

Superior – Crow’s Perch Vendor

Mastercrafted – Lindenvale

Griffin Witcher Gear Set

Base and Enhanced – Armourer in Midcopse

Superior – Hierarch Square in Novigrad

Mastercrafted – Hattori (Can be bought after completing the Of Swords and Dumplings quest)
