Even if you don’t currently need them, it’s always a good idea to keep on building new tanks. That’s because you’ll eventually be able to build the high-powered tank right behind the box you’ve chosen.
You may want to look at the game’s menu if you’re having some trouble leveling up your tanks or achieving much success in Super Battle Tactics. For example, you can alter sponsor options, as well as several other settings that may be the difference between the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.
Now the operative word here is “tank,” because when you’re in battle, you should be focusing on one tank alone. And that’s the tank that has the most blue bars, as that will give you the first strike each time that you’ve got the blue bars. One simple way to do this is to use the mini-strike so you can fire away once on the tank you’re targeting, then use targeting to simultaneously launch four attacks at the same tank. Just keep repeating this process until all the enemy tanks are taken care of.
The Bombard skill may be a lot of fun to use, and it may do a lot of damage in certain situations. But you wouldn’t want to use it until the second turn, as it will cost you four ability points to pull off.
It all comes down to winning battles, as doing that will help you level up, and subsequently allow you to unlock more tanks and more new abilities. In most cases, this would mean winning two out of three or three out of five battles.
Following the battles, contracts would be the second-best way for you to get yourself more parts in Super Battle Tactics. If you’ve got more scrap parts, that would allow you to build more tanks. Use the gems (the game’s premium currency) to pay for new contracts, and collect from those contracts as frequently as you can. However, if you want to build those rare tanks, then you should frequently save on your parts.
