Not sure of what to do or where to go? Overwhelmed by the sheer complexity of this game? Confused because a lot of the buildings, if not all of them, look so similar to each other? The best thing to do is the simplest, and that’s to follow the quests. Especially if you’re just starting out, the main quest will tell you what needs to be done and how you should proceed. And once you’ve figured things out by following these quests, you should have a better idea of how to map out your strategies and upgrades.
Manufacturing resource buildings should be one of your top priorities – the resources, as a refresher, include cash, energy, food, oil, and steel. You can create more cash by building more mints, energy through power plants, food through farms, and oil and steel through oil rigs and steel mills respectively. The mint should be located in your town, while the other buildings should be built on the outskirts. Fortunately, collecting resources takes place automatically, so you’ve got one less thing to worry about when playing Invasion.
If you’re part of a guild, it would be possible to have your troops take on guild quests. These quests are a fantastic way of quickly earning more resources, which would come in really handy when time comes to create new structures, upgrade your existing ones, or train more troops.
Playing the war simulator is yet another option which could get you more resources, and it could even earn you power-ups and diamonds, which are the game’s premium currency. Limited edition or special events, on the other hand, could help you in particular with diamonds, but you should be all-in when it comes to these special events.
Armories will be responsible for producing more units, while garages are important as these hold your units. Having both buildings up would allow you to improve both on the offensive and the defensive end, and more units mean more opportunities to attack opposing players and steal their resources.
