This is especially true if you’re playing in 2vs2 mode – taking out one enemy at a time is a simple, yet very effective way to get the job done in Ember Conflict. If you see that your partner is focusing on one character, go ahead and focus on the other, or help your partner out by double-teaming the enemy they’re dealing with.
That’s the beauty of MOBA games – there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” strategy. As such, you have to take note of your opponents, their strengths, and their weaknesses – keep these in mind when developing strategies for you and your team. As more players start playing Ember Conflict, this tip will become even more and more important.
While it is important that you’ve rallied your team in such a way that everyone is close to each other, you don’t want to ignore positioning. Tanks, of course, should be fighting up close, while hunters should be at a distance far enough to allow them to execute their ranged attacks.
Don’t go nuts when spending your gold coins and ember. Both of these rewards can be yours if you participate in more battles, and you’ll also be richly rewarded for playing the game at least once per day. Use your gold and ember to unlock new characters, but bear in mind that characters that cost more aren’t always more powerful. Still, buying new characters and unlocking them is a fantastic way to diversify things on your end.
As you progress through the game and see your experience level go up, you’ll have access to more characters and more powerful equipment. Each member of your team should have the most powerful equipment available at your disposal, and once they’ve got the best, you should also be upgrading these weapons and armor on a regular basis. After all, this is a role-playing game, where characters with high stats are typically worthless if they don’t have good equipment.
