This is a basic tip for players of first-person shooters – when aiming at someone, always aim for his head. Naturally, this is more difficult than aiming at your target’s body, but at least you’re guaranteed of knocking your foes out with just one shot.
The best way to do this is to look for opportunities when one enemy soldier is just right behind another. Shoot the soldier in front, and that will end up killing the person behind him, as your bullet can pierce through both enemies. Multi-kills allow you to hit the proverbial two birds with one stone, so don’t pass up an opportunity for one.
Your thermal scope will allow you to lock in on enemies, and once you’re able to unlock it for your rifle, make use of it immediately. But when doing so, remember that your thermal will only be on for a limited time; keep this in mind when marking your enemies. Simply hold your crosshairs over your target, and when you see the message “tagging enemy,” make sure you don’t lose sight of the marked soldier.
Whenever possible, you should focus on upgrading your weapons, especially your sniper rifle. In fact, you can forego upgrading your other weapons so you can solely focus on the sniper rifle; this is the weapon you’ll need when on primary missions. You can also make good use of your power-ups (as shown on the bottom of the display), as they can really be of help in more difficult missions.
It can be hard to manipulate the game (read: cheat) in order to earn yourself more gold, or better yet, unlimited gold. But you don’t have to cheat just so you can add to your stash of gold. The best way to do this would be to watch advertisement videos – it won’t hurt you at all to do this. You can also check the offer wall for jobs, and subsequently more gold.
Okay, we’ll relent and share one way to cheat in Kill Shot – like other games, you can use the classic time lapse cheat to your advantage in Kill Shot. Exit the game, move the time ahead by the number of minutes you have to wait before replenishing your energy, return to the game, and you’ll be as good as new.
