Since its release last week, Soda Dungeon has been a big hit on the Apple App Store, and that’s probably because of its interesting premise for a dungeon crawler. In this Armor Games title, you’re a tavern manager who also has to manage a team of heroes, as you source them out for dungeon crawls. The loot they gather can then be used to upgrade your tavern or buy more sodas, or recruit better warriors to source out. And as your team makes it farther through the dungeons, the more gold they’ll be likely to earn.

However, there are some ways in which you can earn unlimited gold without having to hack the game, and we definitely do not condone hacking into games, as they can compromise both the game and your device. Besides, it makes things too easy. That all said, the following list of Soda Dungeon tips, cheats and strategies are all about how to earn unlimited gold without hacking, in an easy step-by-step guide.

1. Check The Gold Counter And Watch Some Ads If You Can

The first thing you should do is to check for times when the gold counter is shining. That’s your signal that the game will allow you to watch an ad video. Finish the ad and once it’s done, you’ll earn 750 gold. That’s the amount of gold you’ll earn for watching your first ad, though the amount of gold could vary depending on the video.

2. Use The Time Lapse Cheat

After you watch the ad and collect your gold, you’ll have to wait for about an hour before you can repeat the trick. That’s where the time lapse cheat comes in – exit your game, set the time ahead on your device by an hour, and return to the game to see a sparkling gold counter.

3. Repeat The First Two Steps

That’s just it – repeat the first two steps as often as you want, until you’ve got enough gold for what you want to do in the game.

4. Beware Of The Catch

There is one catch when using the time lapse cheat, and it seems to be getting more and more common with the new games we’re saying. Once you set the time on your device back to normal, the timer will restart, but instead of waiting an hour, you’ll need to wait till an hour after the last time you had set your device to. So if you time lapsed your phone from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. then set the time back to 3:30 or so, you’ll need to wait till 5:30 p.m. for ad videos to become available again.

5. Bonus Tip – Use This Process Early In The Game

As some Soda Dungeon players have discovered, it becomes ridiculously easy to earn a ton of gold in the latter levels. So with that in mind, the above-mentioned cheat should ideally be used if you’re just starting out and not earning enough gold through the battles. You can also use it right after you’ve graduated to a new dimension, but ideally not when you’re really deep into the dungeons.
