We believe that most of us are familiar on this kind of game and the concept of it but below are some tips and tricks for playing Another Case Solved where you can get the advantage of solving case and playing it all the way with these tips:
Consider the newspaper. The storyline of the game are limited in terms of taking a challenge with puzzle but thanks to newspaper, you can play minor cases every 30 minutes. This newspaper is located at your office that you need to check regularly because you can only stack three newspapers at a time. To increase the limit of newspaper you can do any in-app purchase and then make it the subscription, this will increase your limit to five. Getting a level increase will also replenish the 3 newspaper as case to solve so the tricks if you are about to level, you should finish all newspapers as it will refills once you leveled up.
Adding more furniture. As soon as you have credits to purchase new furniture, just for with it since this can give you opportunity to use important tools and equipment. There are some cases will require you to use specific tools to solve and bringing out the progress in game rely with furniture. So if you have available credits consider adding furniture.
Be vigilant with City Search. Once you found out the city search maps, you are able to use city search as tool. In game you will experience finding extra footprints at the end of a search, this can lead you know where the location but definitely haven’t tapped upon it so you need to be stay alert during City Search. This search is perfect in unlocking more powerful tools faster.
Use tools to the fullest. Upon getting tools you must use this in its full potential as many of the city search tools can uncover all buildings of a certain type. Through this feature, you need only a single of each type per case. Cases feature one or two types of building so with city search tools it can help you at ease without bothering with other tools. Also it is recommended to not waste your money by buying more than one or two class just restock as you use a certain kind.
Knowing the types of buildings is essential. Actually you can easily identify building to their roof such as factories are always a building with black-roofed smokestacks while you will see boat/ships that symbolize the port. Familiarizing yourself with buildings around the city will give you more ease in solving case.
Farming cash and candy. If you need resources and spending real cash is not the type of game you wish to play, you should farm it through minor cases (newspaper) though this can’t give you enough as in main storyline you should consider this since it always give you a brand new cases every 30 minutes and that is perfect for farming. Just don’t forget that you are there to farm resources and not to use it, so don’t waste your tools or candy on minor cases as possible if you can’t manage to solve this, you can quit it and prefer the next case. Don’t worry as you fail a newspaper case, you can just exit and try another or wait for 30 minutes for new set this will still give you bonus for making a progress.
Major and minor cases will let you earn cash for unused clues. The trick is to solve most puzzle without getting in touch with clues and let this to be converted with cash. Example if you finish the cases with 18 footprints but uncovered two block in city search, this round will end up with zero footprints.
Getting additional cabinets. We already mentioned that buying furniture can treat you more compensation in game but unlock more tools. And when it comes to furniture, adding new filing cabinets will let you increase the conversion of unused clues into cash. Each set of clue corresponds with different amount but once you have upgraded filing cabinet, there will be an increase about of $1 for every footprints, magnifying glasses and question mark.
How’s you’re matching matters. It is not only about making a combination but you should pay attention to how you are matching. Example, in clues stack, matching ten of a single clue will give you two pieces of evidence. In game there are also passive skills that will let you collect evidence that corresponds with clues such for maps and footprints. But there is such exception, example in matching five of these together will not let you to earn new evidence and though you successful matched five footprints but a single map is included you are not able to get new evidence. So the trick is to hold yourself on using this ability until the end of round especially when you are just getting the evidence and not trying to produce it.
Activating bonus tile by matching three pieces of evidence. This bonus tile will give you an opportunity to match whatever and it will double the items you will collect. Example if you match 3 footprints definitely it will become 6 footprints. But again there is a restriction with evidence as this does not affect evidence creation.
Getting advantage through undo feature. Unlike with other puzzle game, Another Case Solved will let you undo match-3 move by simply dragging your finger back to the first item but remember you can’t dun tapping on any of single piece of evidence. The trick is to make sure you want to collect that available evidence before tapping.
Don’t get messed up with “free tool per case” equipment. Unfortunately there is no really free tool to get from this feature per case instead it will only add +1 to that tool for every case. Example, if you have zero sponges and equip the free sponge per case equipment, you will the same value of zero sponges in the your next case but this will let you to use the sponge one time. If happened that you failed to use those sponge, you won’t see that free tool in your inventory so ensure that you will use it for specific round.
Always analyze the case. This definitely works on real time case solving and in this game you should know more about the case before trying to solve them. You can see what evidence is needed to get the three-star rating by checking the case on the filing cabinet. Just check the evidence and then arm yourself with items that might be useful to solve the case. Definitely you should be aware on different cases so you will know what to do upon seeing the file. Definitely this will give you more advantage in solving case example in the case that include photograph, you should add “one free photograph per case” equipment before starting the round.
Use your available time to the fullest. In game you will experience that there are some level that you can accumulate with more extra time. This available time is good to use in examining random objects where there is a possibility for you to acquire candy. Your candy will randomly appear on the floor while you are doing the match-3 puzzles.
Minding your achievements. You can start earning achievements by buying diploma frame. You can check your diploma anytime and from here you can see complete achievement where you can tap to claim the bonus candy. Unlike with other games, rewards from achievement is not auto generated, where all items will directly go to your inventory, in this game you need to claim it through achievements tab.
Connecting your game to Facebook. Like most applications on iOS and Android, they are willing to give you reward by binding your game to social network. This is also works on Another Case Solved, as going to the shop and bank, you can select “like us on Facebook” option there you have opportunity to claim rewards.
