This is the successor of the successful Limbic Software releases under the same title, Zombie Gunship. Now with Zombie Gunship Arcade, you will experience arcade-style shooter where you need to go to the land of undead and rescuing survivors. Here you can kill the undead from side-scrolling view but that is not as easy as what we thinking because you need to watch your shots especially in dealing with human survivor. Once you hit one human survivor it will automatically end your game. Because we don’t want to experience that, here are some tips and tricks of playing Zombie Gunship Arcade:
The entire concept has a resemblance with Flappy Bird but with little variation. Here you need to mind keeping your vehicle airborne. For you to do this, you need to keep tapping the screen while firing shots towards hordes of zombies. So from here, you need to keep flying by making a fire but you need also to clear off those survivors on the ground. Though the game really requires patience in the beginning, but if you already played that Flappy Bird and other cloned applications, you will say to yourself that the concept is still the same. The only thing is the twist will require you to time your shots assuring that none of your bullets will hit the survivors on ground.
To ensure the timing between your gunfire and survivors on the ground is to look beyond those highlighted red squares when they appear in your game, meaning to say you need pass a couple of seconds without making a fire because of the presence of survivors.
Definitely just like other Flappy Bird-like game, you need to stay as high as possible and on this game you need to continuously fire a shot that will also eliminate zombies below and let your ship fly. Definitely if you see a survivor coming, try to slow down the gap between fire and then stop firing at all when you are about to pass over.
The game is not difficult when tracing your gunfire because of the trajectory of your bullets you can have a clue and use it to have an idea on how’s your next fire would be.
Though the game doesn’t offer a real time multiplayer feature, still you can compete with other players through GameCenter where you can post your earned achievements for the records. There are also leaderboard in the game that will make the game competitive.
