Micromon Walkthrough and Wiki Guides

Micromon has a lot of potentials to offer for players. We enjoyed playing monster breeding/raising in role playing game action for our mobile device and we believe that we will surely like Micromon as we waited two years for the release of this application. The only downside in this game is that there is no available free download for Micromon as everyone is required to pay an amount of $0.99 per copy. This will make a grieve downside of the game especially there are lots of great game released recently that you can download for free such as Dawn of the Immortals and Epic Arena you will experience both MMORPG and action packed game for free. Anyway for those who still wish to play the game and don’t mind to spend cash for the sake of video game entertainment, we shared some walkthrough guides and wiki below:

Battle System

Battlegrounds – There are different battlegrounds in game where you might get advantage based on what micromon you are using. There is also a neutral battlegrounds that there is no boost bonus at all. For instance you have a fire-based micromon and the arena set in a fire battleground, definitely your micromon will receive a boost.

Battle Loot – As you defeat your opponent micromon, you will get a loot as a reward. This will automatically be converted to their equivalent coin value. This is a good way to earn lots of coins that you can use to purchase items and avail other  services at the blue fox shop. Definitely the value of loot will be based on how strong the micromon you defeated, so stronger micromon will give you a better drop.

Battle Speed – This gives a twist in battle system as you can see, different micromon have different speeds that will bring big difference during battle. There are some speedy micromon where you can get more consecutive turns especially when battling against slower opponent.

Battle Types – There are different encounter types in game such as advantage, normal, and surprise. For Advantage, you will earn extra turn upon battling against sleeping player while for normal encounter the micromon with higher speeds definitely get the first turn and lastly the surprise encounter can be activated if a micromon is moving and attacks the player. Through surprise attack you will earn an extra turn.

Battle System notes – You will find out that there are some micromon that can attack more than once and this is purely based on their speed. You can also customize the skills of your Micromon that you can use in battle. You must manage your Micromon carefully especially as they gain level and unlock new skills.

Quest System

For every quest in Micromon, there is a specific NPC to talk with for this to start. We are planning to post the complete list of quest for this game just standby for that update as we are still searching to complete the list. Anyway as you start your quest this will be loaded into the quest log located on the right side of the screen. As you tap on the quest will see the quest details together with star rating and description. This is a best way to recall those quest that you already missed or forget what to do. Another good thing to think about this game – quest are not all linear so for instance you find NPCs along your way in different dungeons you can get a new quest or complete other quest with a concern with the NPC. As you found the NPC you should interact with them to complete the quest. You are able to see if you have something to do for specific NPC since you will see an question mark on the top of his head.

Skill System

Skill is what you can use in game, you can win a tough battle with a correct usage of skill as well as making a good combination out of it. As your micromon level up, you are able to unlock more skills that you can use in game base on what skills you learn. Micromon has a skill tree system where you will see that every micromon has a unique skill tree. From here there are some skills that other micromon can’t learn. Aside from active skills that you can use in battle, there is also a passive skills that will run in the background enhancing your micromon with specific buffs. Just don’t forget that there is a rule with passive skills, you are not able to activate more than one passive skill at once. While for Active skills you can activate up to four skills per micromon and use them based on circumstance you are facing in battle. Skills basically come as offensive but there is buffs and debuffs as micromon are vulnerable to receive both status effects and buffs.

Elemental Properties

Just like with other monster hunting/breeding game, Micromon also observes elemental properties where you will get the advantage or disadvantage from one another. There are five types of elements such as wind, fire, water, common and mineral and for every element has an advantage over another type. By memorizing how the element flows from one another this could be your key in winning battles. With this battle system, you will realize that having the complete element will give you advantage for almost all situation.

Capturing a Micromon

Through this game feature you will never run out of micromon to tame, raise and use in battle. Aside from purchasing a micromon directly from the shop you can capture a micromon during a battle. In capturing micromon you must remember that you have only 3 tries to catch them per battle. Success rate has an algorithm based on many factors such as rarity, type of chip you use, rarity, remaining hp and definitely your luck. Upon catching the micromon, it will join your league and you can use them to fight your opponent. To elaborate those factors and ensure that you will get the highest chance of acquiring them. When in terms of the micromon’s HP, the lower it is the higher the chance for you to capture them but you must be very careful as most of the time when you are considering to lower their HP you might get them killed. The trick here is to control your attack you must understand the damage of attacks you are going to throw against them. When it comes to the chip you will use, definitely the rarer the chip the higher the chance for you to capture them. And finally upon doing the three tricks in capturing micromon, your luck will follow even with higher rarity of micromon.

Rarity

We already mentioned it above as you need to consider it in capturing Micromon. The same with other monster breeding based game, the higher the rarity the harder for you to capture the micromon so here’s the rarity so you can refer it on how much potential you will going to use once you encounter them in battle and wish to include them to your team:

One Star = Common
Two Stars = Uncommon
Three Stars = Rare
Four Stars = Super Rare
Five Stars = Ultra Rare
Six Stars = Legendary
Seven Stars = Godlike

Development Rating

In Micromon’s training you will see that development rare is very important. For instance, you have two micromon of the same kind, yes it looks similar but each micromon has their own unique development rate. The ratings will corresponds on how strong your Micromon when they level up. Development rating is indicate in Dev rate right next to the HP bar.

Guides and Tricks

1. Take advantage with manual save and load system. Unlike with other MMORPG based game that automatically save your progress. This game has a manual save system that let save your game whenever you want. Yes it is manual wherein you can take advantage by losing your trial and error progress by loading your game. With automated saving system, you can’t spend a while to trial and error but here in Micromon you have almost unlimited possibilities from taking advantage with save and load. Right now there is only one save slot available but I think that is enough to do this trick.

2. Explore the entire Pixekai. There are lots of hidden items and secret rewards spreaded out all over Pixekai and you are able to earn it from exploring the land. If you have some hours to spend in game or don’t know what to do you can consume it by exploring the Pixekai and hunt for hidden items.

3.  Access the secret areas. In game you will encounter Luke as a database genius as he discovered a hidden memory space deep withing the mainframe’s memory. There you will find top tier micromon that you will never find in other areas. But then that is not easy as you can access without a challenge since he is looking for strongest tamers to invite in his hidden area so you need to prove that you are one of them.

4. Don’t forget to save your game. If there is an advantage for manual saving this is a chance that you will forget to save your game. Without your save point you will lose all your game progress. So you should keep saving unless you are doing a trick.

5. Cheat the lucky wheel. You need luck to get the desired eggs from lucky wheel so everything is random in this wheel. Don’t worry because you can cheat it by saving the game before you spin the wheel and then just load it again and again until you get the desired egg.

6. Experience distribution explanation. To ensure that you can maximize that amount of experience you will get for specific micromon, you must understand how experience distributes with every micromon. Experienced gained from battle will be split between micromon who used to fight in battle. Unlike with other role playing game wherein the character that you use much will get the higher point, this time the micromon you use least in a battle will get more experience.

7. Getting out of the GrownTown tricks. For you to play outside GrownTown, there is a trick you need to follow. First you need to exist the area by going left or fight and then you will get the game credits and from that you will be given an opportunity to save the game. Of course you need to save the game since that is the key for this trick and after going back to the home screen, you can load the game and you will see that will continue your progress at the research center.

8. Catch Vaithe as the most powerful Micromon in the game so far. On our next post we will show to you how other players captured Vaith. So this is an answer for those who are asking what is the strongest Micromon in game.
