This is consider a double treat from Ketchapp from releasing two apps last week with Amazing Bricks and Circle the Dot. We already published tips and guides from playing Amazing Bricks from what we learned from other players now it is time to work with Circle the Dot. For an introduction, just like with other application that Ketchapp developed, you will experience the simplicity yet challenging set up with brainstorming concept. As you can see in this game, you need more luck than techniques but anyway we will say here since you already here.
1. Luck is what you need. Compare to other applications from Ketchapp, it is a little bit annoying to see that the main factor in game is not your strategy but with your luck. Here’s the catch, every time you start a new game, you will need to begin with a new board where you will find the orange dots that are already placed. So from here you will find that the initial position of those orange dot is important for the overall progress of your game for that specific stage. There are some situation where the orange dots are place in a way that the will actually give you advantage. The trick here is to try repeatedly while hoping for your best luck. But that is your challenge, you can say that you are clever enough if you can still circle the dot with least possible move even with a less favorable initial position.
2. Go for shortest route. In game you will see the blue dot and this will take the shortest route to the margin and to fill up the twist you must anticipate the direction and try to block the margins. You will realize that it is easier to leave the route open and work around it until you get the dot closer and know when it does. You should block the escape and work on getting it circled with the shortest route.
3. Don’t go for direct route. We said that go for shortest route but not for direct route for blocking. If you are clever enough you will find out that it is easy to anticipate the next move of the dot so you can build up a circle with it. what most players mistake here is that they are going to block the direct route. The trick here is to anticipate the movements of the dot and then block it with orange dot. If you are going to direct route, the dot will only runaway from you and you are only wasting your move. I remember this kind of concept of brainstorming when playing the chess late game where you have a king and an official that can mate the opposing king and from must think that you current move can be counter with your opponent move as both kings have the same movement capability.
