This game is about an epic combat strategy game of exploration, advancement and journey to your domination. You will start choosing your nation from different greatest civilizations of the world and lead it to the top nation domination. Expect that you are going to experience Stone Age to Space Age in building your capital city and training your army to be the strongest nation above all. 1. The good way to defend your base. Actually we can say that it won’t be possible to have everything protected using walls and defensive buildings but using a smart defensive system, you can improve your gameplay. As for the strategy, you can try placing the defensive buildings around your Town Center and then follow by surrounding them with walls so that they will last longer compare with other buildings. It is also better to keep the resource buildings in sight and use them as bait. Keep in mind that your opponent can’t use the target too many times in battle.
2. Start building your base on early phase. Meaning to say you will focus on constructing and upgrading your building. Keep in mind that the single player campaign gets difficult really quick and usually raiding other players in the Bronze Age is a risky situation especially if you’re just starting the game up. In this phase, you need to focus on building up the base, upgrading everything and only afterwards that is the time for you to conquer and plunder other players. To make it easier, don’t forget to take advantage of the free time boost that you get once there are 5 or even less minutes of building time, so you don’t need to wait anymore.
3. Getting more gold. This is your primary currency in game and actually ther e are lot of mechanics in DomiNations which will help you to get more gold. You can start with hunting bunnies and foxes and go from there up to getting the gold from the mine to connecting all your buildings as many as possible. to roads to the Town Center. Actually this is a perfect way of getting lots of free coins. And in the end, you should trade at the market when you see it full, giving away items that you collect by doing some task in your civilization screen.
4. Ignore getting medals first. Actually as a beginner you will find it difficult to get a complete win. So it is better to go for just a loot and not about winning the battle anymore. In this game the more medals you get, the more difficult the opponents you will get in match. But if you are looking for real challenge, you better invest on getting medals. Just don’t forget to always attack with a blessing for your troops.
5. Never let your worker idled. Worker is your basic unit of progress. That is the reason if you are looking forward to invest with your real cash, you better secure more workers that will keep you a fast progress. Well if happens that you only have one worker you must always keep your worker busy in building, upgrading or collecting something. Never let them idle in game as there are lots of things to do in game. Actually the key is a good management with your workers. Yes having several workers will do the job, but if you don’t have additional workers what you can do here is to manage your workers so you can maximize your revenue. Keep in mind that upgrades and construction take a lot of time as you continue making progress. You will start not with really time-consuming task but later on you need to manage everything based on how much time you spend in playing the game.
