Now to help you get the edge in this game, we decided to share some tips and guides that we also learned from other players who wants other players improve their gameplay.
1. Be careful with red enemies. In this game, enemies will normally go down in just a single hit but aside from normal enemies you will see enemies that come in red color. They come as armored enemies wherein you need to hit them three punches before they go down or you can use roundhouse attack to take them down instantly. Upon punching them, they will block the attack and you need to attack them repeatedly to eliminate these enemies. If they block your attack, you will see that they will act as if you feinted them and they will stop for about half a second and they will continue to attack you. The key here is to gather them with other enemies and then with just a single roundhouse, you are able to instantly kill them all with one blow.
2. Watch out for your enemies. If you are serious in this game and want to dominate it from the very beginning, you must keep your eyes on the enemies. In this game as you continue playing it for hours, eventually you will get a feel for your character so you can keep your eyes on them. There are times you may miss a punch and accidently feint when you didn’t mean to, so you need to always be ready for a good counter.
3. Always make a punch as much as possible. I believe as what we mentioned about the roundhouse kick that can eliminate even the red enemies in single hit, you will be tempted to spam the roundhouse kick but actually that is not really recommended. As this can leave you open at the end of your attack plus in roundhouse you don’t gain score multipliers from it. But when it comes in punching your enemies, .1 will be added to your score multiplier and this you can use to acquire lots of points in game.
4. Just use roundhouse for hordes of enemies. Though we suggest punching enemies compare to roundhouse but then, we are not saying that you should ignore doing some roundhouse in your combo since it has a big role in game. As for the best scene where you should use your roundhouse kick is when you are dealing with multiple enemies. Yes roundhouse can’t add anything to your score multiplier but with the capability of it to instantly eliminate even the red/armored enemies and multiple enemies at once, you might find it very useful in game and this can be benefit from a flat multiplier. Upon hitting two enemies at the same time with one roundhouse kick it will double the points and with three enemies, this is capable of tripling the points and so on. Just remember with the feint punches, this is to purposely gather up a big group of enemies to roundhouse. For instance, upon throwing a punch towards your enemy who isn’t quite within range, they will briefly stop to avoid the punch and with just a split second they will continue you on moving towards you. Use this as your key to gain advantage over them.
