Battle of Heroes Cheats & Hack for Fire Gems, Coins & Crystals

Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal is a role-playing game developed by Ubisoft Entertainment which is a leading company in mobile applications and known for games such as Just Dance, Rayman or the Assassin’s Creed Franchise. The game has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 on Google Play and 5 stars on Apple’s App Store (just 17 ratings though). It has been downloaded for about half a million times and it requires an Android version of at least 4.1 or, for Apple devices, iOS 6.0.

In Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal the player takes the role of the only surviving Hero in Évagar who tries to release his fellow allies from the evil foes that captured them. The game has an interesting feature because you command the Hero in real-time while the deployed troops are attacking by their own. Battle of Heroes is considered an RPG because of the leveling-up system of the Heroes and the complex story.

The game does not require a mandatory signed-up but I would recommend it because it will ensure no data loss in case of switching devices. You can connect with Facebook and you will also receive some Fire Gems as a bonus for doing so. Also, it is worth mentioning that there aren’t any annoying ads in game.

Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal is a game based on three resources from which one is premium (Fire Gems) and can be bought with real money. The basic resources are called Coins and Crystals and can be gathered from the game. The price for Fire Gems varies starting with $4.99 in exchange of 400 Fire Gems and going up to $79.99 in exchange of 1,920 Fire Gems. The basic resources cannot be bought with real money but they can be traded for Fire Gems.

Useful Tips & Tricks

Even though the Hero is following your commands, the troops aren’t. Each unit has its own preferences about targeting enemies so be careful. However, you can deploy troops only in the proximity of the Hero so it wouldn’t be a problem to attack the same area.

Don’t spam your Hero’s special ability because it costs mana. Use it wisely and only when needed.

Unlike the majority of mobile games, in Battle of Heroes the damage is altered by Armor. Each unit has a specific number and type of armor that will absorb a part of the incoming damage.

You can always unlock heroes from the shop with Fire Gems if you don’t want to wait to unlock them by playing the Campaign.

Keep in mind that your defending heroes are not able to cast spells and their maximum health is reduced.

Be aware of the mission objectives. If you want to get 3 stars you will most likely need to win the scenario with a smaller amount of troops that you usually do.

If you don’t care about stars, deploy all your army and watch them purge the enemy. If your units don’t die they will be returned to your army.

Complete achievements so you can get free Fire Gems. Most of the achievements don’t require anything special and you will most likely do them just by playing the game.

The Catapults will knock-down your troops. Make sure you deal with them first.

The potions will only have effect on your Hero so be careful not to use them by mistake when you try to heal your troops. In order to heal your troops you must see if your Hero has a passive that regenerates HP or an active that heals.

Battle of Heroes Review

When I first stumbled upon Battle of Heroes I was very intrigued because of the game’s theme from the description: role-playing. I don’t really remember if Ubisoft ever tried to develop this type of games but I think that they did a pretty solid job. The game looks good and it has the potential of becoming really good if they keep their promise of constantly updating and fixing it.

One of the things that I appreciate the most at Battle of Heroes is that you can obtain fairly easy Fire Gems even though you don’t invest real money in the game. There are a lot of objectives, additional rewards and they even sometimes drop in multiplayer battles. Also, the fact that you get the second builder for free is nice too. I really like the idea of unlocking heroes by playing the campaign but it’s disappointing that you are able to just buy the heroes out – it makes the purpose of the campaign meaningless.

I also appreciate the fact that Battle of Heroes follows the new trend regarding the survivability of the troops – if they don’t die in battle you can use them again. In the end, I think that the fact that you have the entire control on your Hero’s movement and attack pattern is great and it is the first step for creating a real RPG mobile game.
There are also some things I don’t like about Battle of Heroes. First of all, the number of the units it’s very little (5 different units). I know that the game focuses on the hero, but some variety in the troops department never hurt nobody. Secondly, I would like to be able to get more involved with my alliance and with the recruiting process. At the moment there isn’t a global chat available so this features are limited. A chat can be useful because you can talk with people from other alliances or countries and you can also ask for help or suggestions. I understand that there will also be flamers and spammers that would transform the chat into a living hell but you can get rid of them fairly easy.

Finally, I really think that it would be to the benefit of the game if you can see replays of the battles and more detailed reports because it will help you understand what you did wrong or what your weaknesses are. Overall, Battle of Heroes can offer a nice experience to the right audience. The game is not one of my favorites but a good amount of people might enjoy it.

Our Ratings

Artwork: Battle of Heroes gets a rating of 8 out of 10 for its artwork. The game looks modern and even though it is a bit too much colorful for my taste, I can’t really complain about it. The developers approached a fantasy theme so there are a lot of weird-looking things but overall the game is looking cool. The units are well-designed, the environment is feeling lively and it’s one of the best out there. I also like the design of the buildings and especially the design of the walls even though I don’t really like the way they collapse when destroyed. On the other hand, the animations are looking pretty exaggerated and fake. Most of them are represented by the heroic skills and not one of them is above average.

Music & SFX: The game gets 5 out of 10 at this section. To be honest, the music from Battle of Heroes is bad. It is a short repetitive song that it doesn’t even match the theme in my opinion. I was expecting something more inspired from the developers. The sound effects are also weird and not in a good way. I don’t like how the troops are acting and they sound anything but realistic. I am really disappointed about the lack of focus they put at this segment – Battle of Heroes is just another game where the effort of creating a suited and solid soundtrack was little to none.

Story/Originality: I give Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal a rating of 7 out of 10. The game is basically a strategy game seasoned with just enough RPG elements to consider the game “Role-Playing”. Unfortunately, the “movable” Hero is not something new to this games (still pretty rare though) and presumably that’s what makes the game unique. In conclusion, there is nothing out of the ordinary about the game so it does not feel very authentic. The story is weird and somehow believable. However, I think that the developers should have focused more on it because Ubisoft Entertainment has enough resources to come up with a much better story. All in all, Battle of Heroes is just about average at this section.

General Gameplay: The game gets 8 out of 10 for its gameplay. Even though it may feel a little bit overwhelming because of the nature of the game (RPG), Battle of Heroes is pretty intuitive and straight-forward. You start with a comprehensive tutorial that explains all that is necessary to explain and after that you just follow the indications from the game and do tasks. The game is not that complex to have winning builds or strategies for the heroes so it is just a matter of preference when you are choosing abilities for them. There is nothing right or wrong about the decisions you will make so don’t worry if you struggle at some point because it will pass. For the time I’ve played I haven’t encountered any bugs or freezes but I should mention that the first time the game starts it will take a few minutes for the game to load.

Addictiveness: Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal receives a rating of 7 out of 10 at this section. Normally, because it is a role-playing game, Battle of Heroes should be very addictive but there is something about the atmosphere that does not feel right. As someone wise once said, a game is addictive when it’s the last thing you think about when you go to sleep and the first thing you think about when you wake up. Unfortunately that does not apply with Battle of Heroes. The campaign is dull and even though they tried, I think that it becomes repetitive pretty quickly – some plot twists would have helped. There is a multiplayer implementation and in my opinion one of the most rewarding daily login bonus so the game has his own fair share of additional content but it’s not enough.

Overall, Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortal receives a rating of 7 out of 10. The game does not excel in any department but it can still be a good experience.
