Playmobil Pirates (or PMPirates as I see it named on my smartphone’s screen) is an amazing game for Android (also available on iOS) created by Gameloft and delivering all that Playmobil coolness to the small screen of our device. However, this is an incredibly complex title and with many things to consider when playing, so I have decided to create this article with Playmobil Pirates cheats, tips and tricks to help you defeat Blackbeard and become the best pirate there ever was.

1. Cut down those trees! It might sound strange, but early on you will need all the space you can get and trust me, you will have trouble finding it. Therefore, make sure that you focus all your time on removing everything that’s in your way: trees, rocks, grass… everything!
2. Invest in getting more workers. I know, they are pretty expensive, but you will need them because it takes quite some time to do the work. So buy at least one extra worker and your job will be a lot easier and you’ll be able to move forward faster.
3. Build 2 Fortresses. Even after upgrading your first to maximum levels, you will still be unable to defeat all the enemies incoming. Therefore, build a second fortress ASAP and you won’t have trouble for a long time with your ship being damaged!
4. Expand, expand, expand. There is a good strategy to expand in areas where you see multiple treasure chests and other goodies, as these will also give you extra money, which are more than welcome, right?
5. Learn your buildings & use their resources! The Workshop is an amazing building, as it produces boosts that you can use on your workers. Make sure you use them constantly to reduce the waiting time. Of course, the better the boost, the more time it reduces.
6. Upgrade your Workshop! Because of the reason stated before, an upgraded Workshop is more valuable because it gives you more powerful boosts. Unless you really want to wait like forever for things to get done on your islands, then you really have to upgrade your workshop and keep making those boosts!
7. Complete expeditions: these are the best ways to earn some extra money FAST. Keep going on the expeditions and don’t use the speed boosts, just keep shooting all the monsters and animals and get the barrels as often as you can and you’ll have a lot of Doubloons to be happy with.
8. Try to follow the order of building given by quests. I know it doesn’t offer much freedom, but space on your islands is such a big problem that, except for building that second water fortress, you should only build what the quests require you to, otherwise you might be in trouble and have to wait a long time to have the required space.
9. Keep an eye on your crew. It’s pretty difficult to know how many of each type of pirates you have in the game, and sometimes they tend to get stuck with different non-work related problems. Simply look for icons above their head and solve their problems (usually sending them to a specific building or finding something on the map) before you can use them for what you want.
10. Take your time. Playmobil Pirates for Android is a game that requires a lot of time in order to be mastered, so don’t try to rush it – there is no reason to do this!
