How do you become a werewolf in elder scrolls iv oblivion

The only official appearance of werewolf's were in The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon.

However, if you take a widely known cheat from the Bloodmoon game you can make yourself a werewolf on Oblivion. For some reason even though it is not supposed to be there you can still make it happen.

Type ~ to go to the cheat menu and type in GetDiseaseSaniesLupinus. You then contract Sanies Lupinus. Wait three days and you will become a werewolf.
