What do you do after getting the Eterna City gym badge

If you got HM Cut (which you probably have) go to the galactic building (the building with spikes) and use cut on the trees. Rampage through the building and after a cutscene after you defeated the commander you will get a bicycle(if you're smart enough to listen to him and got to the bicyle shop).
