Where is the computer head guy that gives you the hoverball chant on super monkey ball adventure

he's in kongri-la just complete all missions on monki-tropilis and then shoot yourself to kongri-la then do all the challenges and he'll be behind the wall. It's amazing i remeember that considering i had the game 4 years ago but i get the game in 2 days :-)
