Lucid Gem - Gargoyle and mummies in Halloween town
Power Gem - Battleship, Air Pirate neverland
Thunder Gem - Screwdriver, Aquatank the little mermaid
Mystery Goo - White Mushroom in random worlds (after you've casted third spell on it)
Gale - Invisible, Angel Star You can only get the ultimate weapon after you synthesize all the items the moogles have then you can make the weapon. I still do not now if the gale is actually needed
