How do you play Albus mode in Castlevania order of Ecclesia

Simply start a new game under a different slot and choose "Albus". Note that this can only be done after completing the game with Shinoa and getting the good ending ([SPOILERS]i.e. killing Dracula[/SPOILERS]).
