In viva pinata what is that two headed snake called and how do you get it

It is called a Twingersnap. You get it by romancing two Surypents then when theres an egg watch it and when it bounces high for the 3rd time hit it with a shovel. ( Do this with twingersnap eggs and you get a fourheads!)
