In fate undiscovered realms is there any save editors

Not currently, aside from the console commands. (Ctrl+Shift+~)
However, it is very easy to mod a save with CheatEngine. (http://www.cheatengine.org/) Just search for the value of whatever it is you want to change, change it just a little in game, do "New Search" for it's current value, then edit it to whatever you want it to be. You may also have to change it in game for it to set the permavalue in order to gain fame, level up, etc.
