Is there a Dinosaur King Season 3

It depends how you see it. In the original Japanese version, there were only 2 seasons. However, 4Kids Entertainment made the original season get divided into 2 seasons, so the Japan's 2nd season of Dinosaur King would be the US's 3rd season.
