Than the one with Pokemon ranger hads to choose the option send a Pokemon and than send Darkrai. You have to choose in mistery gift get from a friend. Then you have a Darkrai but first you have 2 go 2 a poke markt and talk to the guy in green. Then you gain a Darkrai of lvl 50(if catched on the best way on Pokemon ranger) and he knows the following moves: Dark pulse, Dark void, Double team an schadow ball. He also gains boosteb exp. So good luck!
