Nintendo DS lite freezes

If the game you are on freezes, then follow the steps below.

1. Wait for up to One Minute(s) without pressing anything.
Reason: Sometimes games just have pauses randomly programmed into them. Don't jump to conclusions too soon and lose all your data.

2. Do Not Spazz Out or Press Buttons.
Reason: Pressing buttons can glitch a game further and if you spazz out you may cause the glitch to become permanently embedded into the game itself.

3. Restart Your DS
Reason: If all else fails this could be the only way out. If you followed the steps above and still nothing was resolved, restarting is the only answer. However, you will end up losing the data if you had not just got done saving your game, so be careful.

Reason For Freezing:
Some games are already pre-built with defects. I myself have had a Harvest Moon DS Cute game that I bought from Toys R Us, I brought it home and it would not start. It was brand new.
1. Games can have Pre-Built Defects.
2. If you have used Action Replay Max on your DS, you will cause glitches in your games if you use it too much or you use cheats that would not regularly be in the game, anyway. So watch out.
