yes there are depending on how u want to hack it there is one that i know of that isn't illegal
it is called: the hack that helps you be beast at this game
step 1: choose what item you want to place on the map
step 2:right click where you CAN put it
step 3:left click anywhere on the road that you usually CANT put it and you have it there
