What is dinosaur king

Dinosaur King is an anime, arcade game, and a DS Game produced by Sega, the creators of Sonic the Hedgehog. The two main characters are Max and Rex, and the anime adds in Zoe as their female partner.

In the anime and arcade game, the D-Team (as Max, Rex, and Zoe are called) fight the Alpha Gang, and later the Spectral Space Pirates. The DS Game only has Max and Rex fighting the Alpha Gang, while Zoe is helping them at the D-Lab.
