1. got to go to ubisoft.com 2. scroll down and find your country 3. register with them (FREE) 4. go to the support tab 5. submit new question 6. wait for answer 7. log on again at a later date to find the answer(s) 8. phone- 0871 664 1000 24 hr automated service premium rate i think 9. live service phone same number 11am-8pm mon-fri (excluding bank holidays)
