What is the best armour you can buy in elder scrolls IV oblivion

The best armor that you can buy in oblivion depends on what level you are. The higher level you are the better armor the merchants have. The best way in my opinion to get armor is to just find areas with strong bandits because the merchants don't get armor that is good usually. im level 30 and they have dwarven or orcish the last time i check, but while fighting strong bandits they have daedric.
