How long does it take to get Eevee to appear in the trophy garden

The way I did it was, I used the poke radar and if you see the grass shake and there is kind of yellow static on it that won't be Eevee. If you see the grass shake and there isn't anyhing on it go there I have found three so far and that's what I did.
