What happens after xenosaga 3

Shion,Allen,Jr.,The Elsa crew,Mary,and Shelley went off to Lost Jerusalem to search for Jin,chaos,and KOS-MOS. MOMO joined Scientia and now her,Miyuki,Doctus,Juli,and Ziggy are trying to repair the U.M.N system.
i think they should base xenosaga 4 off that. i don't want the story to end.

but yea xeno4 should be about them being reunited in lost Jerusalem with chaos jin and KOS-MOS. and jr finding albedo and kicking negrado's ass. that would be awsome.
btw what ever happened to Mary's will though? did it die with KOS-MOS? or stay with nephilim?
