When does your sim get pregnant in sims deluxe

A couple days usually go by in sims world, but you need 2 sims (of different sex) to relax in a double bed, have them cuddle and try for a baby. It may take a couple of tries.

If you want to speed it up, type this in. (spaces and caps count)
boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true
Then shift+click your sim. go choose "spawn", then click "tombstone of l&d" it may say life and death also.
Agrey tombstone will appear by your sim, click it and scroll through its options until you find "speed up my pregnancy", or if you want AA alien baby, "make me alien pregnant."
