Were do you find a super rod on pearl

For the SUPER Rod:
1) Complete the Sinnoh Region Pokédex.
2) Go to the Battle Area.
3) From where the ship is, go up and there will be two people standing side-by-side
4) Talk to them, and because you have completed the Sinnoh Region Pokédex, they will let you through ( NOTE: Once you have completed the Sinnoh Region Pokédex - seen all 150 Pokémon, talk to Prof. Rowan. After a long discussion, he should give you the National Pokédex. You must have this to get through ).
5) As you go up the lane, there will be a fisherman. Talk to the fisher man, and he should give you a Super Rod!
