Do video games affect your heart rate

yes and no if you have a heart prob like me it would or not but if you don't you will be ok so i advise people to stay away from exciting video games (your decison) like fallout3 fable2 and ninja giden1and2

it all depends on how much you get into the game! now don't get all addicted.
