How do you connect your psp to a tv

Well if it is a 2000 Series (meaning 2001 ,2002, and so on you can find out if it is if it has 200somthing on the bar code on the bottom) you set it up with the cord then hold the disply button for 5 seconds then it sould show up on the tv.
